Hypothese: Auch am Pfingstwochenende existieren Gruftis und dunkelbunte Seelen in Wien. Dieser Abend sei den nicht verreisten gewidmet. Scary Monsters lädt zu einer dunklen Soirée im gemütlichen Ambiente. Die Zugbrücke wird wieder heruntergelassen. Nur hereinspaziert!
Euch erwarten: Musik + Visuals von Goth und Post-Punk bis Minimal Synth und Art-Rock - diesmal im Nachfolger des Ortes, wo damals alles angefangen hat.
Eintritt: Freie Spende - Falls etwas entbehrt werden kann, freuen wir uns, aber es soll keine Eintrittsbarriere sein, daher besteht keine Pflicht.

Scary Monsters ist: Seit fast einem Jahrzehnt der Vielschichtigkeit des musikalischen Goth-Spektrums gewidmet; ohne Anspruch auf Eintönigkeit; immer für eine Überraschung gut.
Rassismus, Sexismus und Misogynie, Homo-und-Transphobie sowie Gatekeeping haben hier keinen Platz. Dresscode gibt es bei uns aus Prinzip keinen. Es wird in allerlei Gewand getanzt und gefeiert.

Just a hypothesis: Goths and darkly-inclined souls exist in Vienna even during the Pentecostal Weekend. This evening is dedicated to those who decided to stay - or alternatively, curious souls who find themselves in Vienna around that time. Scary Monsters invites you to a dark soirée surrounded by a cozy ambiance.
The drawbridge is ready to come down again. Come on in!
Awaiting you there are: Music + Visuals ranging from Goth and Post-Punk to Minimal Synth and Art-Rock - this time at the successor to the place where it all started.
Entry fee: Free Donation - If you can spare a bit of change, we'd of course be happy, but we do not want this to be a barrier of entry, so it is indeed optional.

Scary Monsters is: Dedicated to the diverse nature of the musical Goth-spectrum and has been so for close to a decade; everything but married to monotony; Known to surprise.
Racism, sexism, misogyny, homo-and-transphobia as well as gatekeeper mentality are not welcome here. As a matter of principle, there is no dresscode. Come - socialize - and dance the night away as you are, beloved monsters.
